Refunds
All sales are final once they are placed. If there is an issue with your order then please contact cs@kendamanation.com and we do our best to make you a happy customer.
All of our Kendama's ship in new condition, if for some reason you have an issue with your kendama when you receive it please email cs@kendamanation.com and we will replace any defective products that have not been used.
